I am extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend to others who’re exploring a self drive option from Chandigarh. Sharing some of my observations: 1. Since I live in Singapore, I could coordinate with Gaurav Ji only over phone till the time I reached his shop. He is very professional, answers all the queries patiently. He described the process of booking the car thoroughly as well. 2. Car securities - there’s a security cheque which is taken when you’re collecting the car and returned upon safe & sound return of the car. There’s also a 5K security deposit. I faced no hassle in getting my cheque (instantly) and the security deposit (in a day) back. 3. Their cars are well maintained as well and I faced no issue with the car during my entire trip.
